Pranayama / Niten Sharma
Niten will introduce us to Pranayama as he has learned it from his Indian teachers. Knowing that he will address a mixed group of students with different pranayama experiences, the three sessions will build upon each other. During the week following the sessions the students are encouraged to practice the techniques presented by Niten.

Niten Sharma is an earnest student and teacher of yoga. He is also an athlete and an artist loving poetry and dance.
Born and brought up in New Delhi, India, he was introduced to yoga by his mother at an early age. By education he is an Engineer and a Designer. Yet his enduring desire to explore the spiritual path led to his education in Yoga, drawing from different schools of thought like Swami Vivekananda Anusandhan, advanced Yoga training from Kaivalyadhama, Yoga and philosophy from Sivananda ashram in Rishikesh, Dhirendra Brahmachari Yoga tradition from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga. He currently teaches Yoga to young artists of Srishti institute of Art, Design and Technology, while offering classes online to students in India and different parts of the World.
In his journey of learning, unlearning and re-learning, he is continuously exploring how this ancient wisdom is evolving into tools for personal transformation in the contemporary world.
